At Aedes Perfumery, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our curated selection of fine fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure the fragrance or beauty product remains in its original, sealed cellophane packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used merchandise cannot be returned.

Request Authorization

Contact our concierge team at support@aedes.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the specific return shipping address.

Secure Packaging

Safely pack the item in its original shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.

Processing & Refund

Once our specialists inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
